Altitude Marketing, an integrated marketing agency serving B2B companies for more than 19 years, recently announced an extended partnership with Stabler Pathways, a connected community in one of Lehigh Valley’s fastest-growing regions. This land was previously known as Stabler Corporate Center which was gifted to Lehigh University almost two decades ago. It is now a key land asset for the university and a growing development area in a major transit artery and community within the Lehigh Valley. In 2022, guided by Altitude Marketing, Stabler Corporate Center began a rebranding process including a renaming to “Stabler Pathways”.

Altitude and Lehigh University share a robust relationship, collaborating on numerous projects throughout the years. In addition, the co-founder and CEO of Altitude, Andrew Stanten, is an alumnus of Lehigh University. He completed an MBA in 1999. He currently serves as an adjunct instructor in the College of Business and Economics. Altitude and Stabler’s most recent collaboration led to the establishment of the Stabler Pathways brand and messaging. For the next phase, Altitude will expand upon the foundation, building a new website and enhancing Stabler Pathways’ digital presence.

“We are very excited to have Altitude Marketing on board for another Stabler Pathways project,” Mark Ironside, Assistant Vice President of Business Services at Lehigh University said. “Their proven expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional results make them an invaluable partner in helping us create a remarkable and impactful experience for the Stabler Pathways community.”

“Lehigh’s goal for Stabler Pathways is truly visionary – a connected community, with protected green space, at the foot of the beautiful South Mountain,” Andrew Stanten, Altitude Marketing co-founder and CEO said. “Partnering with Mark and his team on developing the Stabler Pathways brand was an incredible experience. We are thrilled to be collaborating again to bring the brand to life and help take Stabler Pathways to the next level.”

Stabler Pathways is an innovative connected community spanning more than 1,000 acres between 309, I-78, and Center Valley Parkway. The area includes the popular Promenade Shops of Saucon Valley as well as the majority of tenants nestled around it, including Olympus Corporation of the Americas, Penn State Lehigh Valley, Swim-In Zone, Good Shepherd, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and many others.

The aim of the project is to create a connected community for living, learning and working. A place where people can pursue a variety of paths and opportunities, whether they’re looking for a new home, a new school, or a new career. To achieve it, Stabler Pathways is prioritizing long-term ground leases and seeking development partners whose vision aligns with both Lehigh University’s commitment to long-term ownership and the township’s sustainability objectives.
